Upon termination for cause, mcw855 may forfeit any bonus balances and withhold withdrawals pending investigation.
Players may close their mcw855 account at any time by contacting support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the mcw855 Platform shall first be submitted to mcw855's internal dispute resolution process.
